    Original US Army Model 1881 or Model 1892 USMC Helmet Spike. 100% period example,  measures 3-7/8" overall with a 7/8" threaded post. Brass construction, will show toning and spots of tarnish. Purchased from Philadelphia surplus dealer W. Stokes Kirk when they closed in the 1950's. Buyer pays 4.00 for shipping.
